By creating an account or using MyLifeOS AI ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users of MyLifeOS, including beta users during the early access period.

MyLifeOS AI is an adaptive life operating system that helps users build momentum across key life areas including health, discipline, sleep, focus, finance, learning, and communication. The Service includes: daily mission recommendations, adaptive state tracking, morning calibration, AI-generated insights, progress tracking, and behavioral analytics. MyLifeOS AI is currently in beta. Features may change, be added, or removed without notice.

MyLifeOS is currently offered as a free beta product. During the beta period: — The Service is provided free of charge. — Features and availability may change at any time. — We may introduce paid plans in the future. Existing beta users will be given advance notice. — We reserve the right to limit, suspend, or terminate beta access at any time. We will notify registered users via email before any transition from free to paid service.

To use MyLifeOS, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for: — Maintaining the security of your account credentials. — All activity that occurs under your account. — Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use at mylifeossystem@gmail.com You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

You agree not to: — Use the Service for any unlawful purpose. — Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Service. — Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service. — Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data. — Use the Service to transmit spam, malware, or harmful content. — Misrepresent your identity or impersonate another person. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

MyLifeOS AI provides behavioral tracking and adaptive recommendations based on self-reported signals. The Service is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Content in the Theory sections, AI insights, and mission recommendations is provided for informational and motivational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or health advice. If you have health concerns, please consult a qualified healthcare professional. Do not disregard professional medical advice based on information provided by MyLifeOS.

MyLifeOS uses artificial intelligence (Anthropic's Claude) to generate personalized insights, theory content, and recommendations. AI-generated content: — Is provided for informational purposes only. — May not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate for your specific situation. — Should not be relied upon as the sole basis for important life decisions. — Is generated based on the behavioral signals you provide. We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content.

All content, design, code, and materials in MyLifeOS AI are owned by or licensed to MyLifeOS and are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any personal data you provide to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data to provide the Service as described in our Privacy Policy. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from MyLifeOS content without our prior written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law: MyLifeOS AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. During the free beta period, this limit is €0. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability — in such cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You may terminate your account at any time by using the "Reset all data" option in your Profile or by contacting mylifeossystem@gmail.com. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, for security reasons, or to comply with legal requirements. We will provide notice where reasonably possible. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you should stop using the Service and delete your account.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and applicable national laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts. For users in the EU, mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence apply.
